Well folks I take off for vacation first thing in the morning! So I am going to leave you for awhile with this project. My sister asked if I would make a baby mini for a gift. I chose to go ahead and use Happy Go Lucky by Pebbles along with a Maya Road album, which is discountinued however THIS ONE would be great. Even though it is not traditional baby girl colors I love the combination and I think it came out super cute. I hope she likes it!
I made library pockets for a couple pages so the mom can tuck things into it and write some journaling on the tag.
Because I thought it might be handled a lot I used American Crafts ZING! embossing powder on the ruffled edges instead of glitter. I also used 4x4 size photos since they seem to be so popular lately. SO folks I will try and see if I can blog where I am going. I may or may not have internet so we shall see. If not have a good week!
This is the final week of Design School over at Two Peas in a Bucket. Stop by and check out this weeks principles. I wanted to share a layout from Jamie Sorenson for last week. She chose emphasis as her principle. I just love these photos! they make me smile.
and from this week Jen Jockisch chose proportion & scale. I love the tiny photos along with the top and of course because they are of us girls it makes it more fun. I need to scrap these too!
This week is Pinterest inspiration week over at Glue Arts. This was SO much fun! I choose to recreate a print I found there. Stop by the blog and see all the fun projects!
