Sugarplum goodies

So I got my Epic 6 last week.  I already had all the Mini Albums extras and the Santa's Workshop Mini Album Set.  I made a couple albums I can't share! but this one I can :) I made this one using the Sugarplum Set.  It's for my Happy Mail partner.

Mitten Banner

So Heather, Kelly, Mandy and Erin inspired me! LOL So I have been working on this for a minute now. 

Supply List:

Maya Road Mittens Coasters (2 sets)

Crate Paper Northpole Paper, & Chipboard Stickers

Glimmer Mist in Turquoise Blue and Pearl 

Stickles of various colors

Clearnsnap Smooch

Making Memories & Doodlebug chipboard alphas

Ranger Dabbers in Brown and Citrus 

Shabby Green Door twine

Misc ribbons & tulle from my local big box store

So pretty easy to do, so just some basic instructions.  I covered one side of each mitten with paper.  They other I sprayed with a couple coats of Glimmer Mist.  If you had a darker color mist it probably wouldn't need so many.  I used paint to cover the edges of the mittens.  I decorated each mitten with the chipboard pieces and used stickles and pearls to highlight them.  "Holidays" are some older chipboard Making Memories and Doodlebug glitter alphas.  I used Smooch to change the colors of the glitter pieces.  Once I finished decorating each mitten I sprayed them down with the Pearl Glimmer Mist.

I've been really hitting the digi-scene.  I am loving it!  It's fun when I don't have the energy to sling paper or when I am traveling and want to get creative.  This one is for last week's The Paper Cut Challenge. 

I think my Mother in Law would agree with the ending of that layout :) I suck.

So what do we think?

ughhhh!!

that's all I got! lol I have been on vacation for two weeks and I am ughhhh.  I went to Utah to hang with Jennifer at the American Crafts/QuicKuts Retailer Retreat.  It was SO fun!  Park City was amazing and beautiful (Pics here).  I am also looking forward to get one of these bad boys! It is awesome.  It cuts through Felt, Fabric, Chipboard among other thing.  We got some awesome dies and some new ones that are coming out are super exciting!

I came home to putz around and be on another weeks vaca with Bill.  It was our anniversary Wednesday so we headed up to NYC!  First time there for both of us.  How sad right?  It's like RIGHT HERE.  (Pics Here).  NYC has this very distinct smell about it.  I don't know if I could ever live there, but I sure love to visit!  We already have plans to go back.  One of my favorite pics of the day, 5th Ave.

I actually got some creative stuff done, but not much really.  I have no mojo with all the sleep I have been getting HA!  The new jack is up at ScrapJacked.blogspot.com.  Be sure to stop by and get ya entered for the bad ass kit from Pink Paislee!  Here is my jack!

I am a craftin fool!

Other then working it seems it has all I have been doing! So on the crafty front Kim Castillion aka Kimbo is our GDT for the month of October at ScrapGal!  We all love her and this could not be a more perfect month!  Be sure to stop by and check out this months contests.

When I come home I am still on vacation for the following week to celebrate Bill and I's anniversary *aw*  We are going to be adding a new roof, home improvement projects and hopefully sneaking away to Bethany for a few days.
